Danny did his PhD research on the radiobiology of targeted radionuclides in neuroendocrine cancer, in the departments of Radiology & Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Genetics of the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. The Rodriguez Colman Lab is seeking for a postdoctoral fellow to join the team!
We are seeking for a highly motivated candidate with a PhD to work on how metabolic changes resulting from, for instance dietary factors, regulate (stem) cell decisions during tissue or tumor development.
Lab retreat in Rijs
Together with the groups of Jurian Schuijers (UMC Utrecht), Matilde Galli (Hubrecht Institute) and Aniek Janssen (UMC Utrecht), we went on a lab retreat in Rijs, Friesland. We had exciting discussions on metabolism, polyploidy, protein condensates and heterochromatin biology, and also went on a boat tour through the beautiful lakes in Friesland.
